Rene Rostaing Cote Rotie 'Ampodium' Syrah 2020 half bottle

This is a classic fresher expression of Cote-Rotie with a bouquet of red plums, black cherries, violets, peppercorn, bacon fat and earth. This becomes even brighter and fresher with more air and displays more roses, red cherry and then enters an earthy phase. Tight, fine-grained tannins help create a great silky texture. This is a wine for those that love Syrah but hate when producers throw too much new oak at it.
