2025 Primus Ġellewża-Shiraz

Primus is Malta's first Imqadded wine, made from hand-picked Ġellewża and Shiraz grapes left to sun-dry naturally after harvest for deeper concentration. Intensely aromatic with layered dark fruit and warm spice. Best enjoyed at 18-20°C with red meat, mature cheese or rich pasta. Limited production of around 4,500 bottles a year.
