La Jasse Castel 'El Abanico' 2019

The most unique white wine of the Languedoc from leading light Pascale Riviere. Two barrels of this outrageous wine are made from one tiny plot of White Carignan, Grenache, Roussanne, Chardonnay, Petit Manseng, Chenin that were planted in 2009 on the Causse de Montpeyroux at an altitude of 400 meters. The wine is expertly oxidative, powerful, fresh, hyper complex and driven by an incredible seam of acidity. One of the greatest white wines we have ever tasted!
